The candidate we are looking for will have strong leadership, will excel at cross-functional collaboration, international deployments. He or she  will be strongly oriented toward customer success and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

As a Program Manager, International deployment, you will ensure the successful delivery of our big data and analytics platform for 77 privately-owned hospitals in Asia. You will interact with the clients on a regular basis and ensure that all activities are delivered in a timely fashion.

Tasks

  • Plan and manage solution delivery in private health facilities in Asia
  • Interact with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders in such disciplines as product management, development, sales, operations, customer support, marketing and finance
  • Work with cross-disciplinary teams
  • Deliver high-quality technology solutions to provide real-time analytics insight
  • Collaborate with partners and suppliers
  • Use a rigorous and appropriate project management approach for all project deliveries, notably including status reports, problem management, budget management, forecasting, communications, and the definition of key performance indicators
  • Establish strong governance procedures, produce reports for key internal and external stakeholders, institute a risk management approach
  • Produce and deliver high-quality presentations for an executive audience
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues using strong strategic, tactical and critical thinking

  • Capacity for working effectively in settings featuring a variety of vocations and cultures
  • Strong presentation skills and problem-solving abilities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in project management, project portfolio management, information systems, health care service delivery systems implementation
  • Experience in managing IT projects internationally
  • Experience managing IT project delivery with multiple integration points
  • University degree in business administration, health informatics, health administration, nursing, pharmacy or any related field
  • Project management certification (PMP) or equivalent certification
  • Bilingualism French/English mandatory
